Delete your MixBite account
In the app (fastest)
- Open MixBite and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and data and confirm.
Without the app
Email support@mixbite.net from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my MixBite account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Delete only some of your data
You can keep your account and delete just part of your data:
- A recipe: on the Recipes list, tap its bin icon. Its edits are removed from the phone and our server.
- A brand kit: in the editor, go to Brand → My kits and tap the × beside it.
- Anything else: email support@mixbite.net from the account you signed in with, saying what you'd like deleted. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted with your account
- Your saved projects (edits) stored on our server
- Your brand kits and settings
- Your AI usage count and subscription record
- Any voice sample kept for correcting an own-voice translation
- Your sign-in on every phone (you're signed out everywhere)
In the app, deleting also removes the projects and recipe history saved on that phone. Videos in your phone's gallery are never touched.
What is kept after your account is deleted
- A one-way hash of your Google Play purchase token, with no personal details, so one subscription can't be claimed by several accounts.
- The AI credits you spent this month, stored for 40 days under a one-way hash of your email (not the email itself), so deleting and re-creating an account doesn't refill the month's credits.
- The record that you agreed to the Terms of Use (version, time, IP address, app version), for 3 years under a one-way hash of your email (not the email itself).
- Recipe results and translations aren't linked to your account; they're deleted automatically within 7 days.
- Server security logs are deleted within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MixBite.
